We all have days where we feel particularly low in mood or just don't feel like cooking a healthy meal and want to feel like we are eating a stodgy meal. Before thinking about losing weight these periods would involve take away meals, family size packs of chocolate, share bags of crisps and tubs of ice-cream. Just Average Jen - who am I?
