Rejoining Slimming World - Back to Basics

It will be four years in January that I first joined Slimming World and started my weight loss journey. Back in 2014 I never imagined that I would get to my target weight and could only have dreamed of being a size 6-8. I achieved that though and really surprised myself. I kept the weight off predominantly for around 16 months but then slowly things started going downhill. I have never given up my journey entirely and continued to weigh in most weeks but things were going from bad to worse so I have drawn the line now and rejoined to start afresh.
