Exercise

My weight loss journey didn't involve any exercise to speak of. A few times whilst losing weight I attempted exercise and joined the gym, went for walks or attempted to run, these attempts never lasted very long. As a result of this I would say that the little exercise I did do didn't affect my weight loss. I decided to start running 10 Months after reaching my weight loss target and even signed up for some races. Here are a selection of exercise related posts.
