Sweet Freedom Giveaway

Sweet Freedom fruit syrups are available in a number of supermarkets and health food stores. They are made with fruits rather than sugar and are much lower in calories and therefore considered better for you. One teaspoon of the syrups is just 13kcal.

Sweet Freedom have kindly sent me these two bottles of syrups to give away to one of my lucky readers. They can be used in baking, on toast or in porridge as a sweetener or even with pancake day coming soon as an alternative to honey or syrup on pancakes!     These look ace! With lots of uses. I live in the highlands so getting hold these could prove tricky in the real world.

    I would use these tasty syrups to add flavour to my baking, I would use them to replace sugar in tea and of course, on ice-cream and pancakes!

    I use this on my porridge in the evening, it's very tasty! I know it's weird having porridge in the evening but I like to think it's healthier than chocolates or other stuff I'd munch instead!
