Cauliflower Garlic Bread

If you like garlic bread but don’t want to use lots of syns/calories then cauliflower garlic bread is worth a try. It isn’t really quite the same but we quite like it and it might be something you do too so worth a try!

1 head of a cauliflower or one pack of ready grated from the supermarket.
1 tbsp. dried parsley
6 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
2 eggs (beaten)

Baking paper

Grate a head of cauliflower (or use a pack of ready grated from the supermarket!) and place in a large mixing bowl.

Add a tablespoon of dried parsley, 6 cloves of crushed garlic and 2 beaten eggs then mix well until all combined.

Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and spread the mixture thinly on the paper.

Bake at 200c for around 15 minutes or until golden and then using the paper turn the garlic bread over and remove the paper (it is pretty well cooked by now so wont stick) and bake for a further 15 minutes approximately again until golden.
