Chow Mein Style Noodles are really easy to make!
250g pack of dried medium egg noodles
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2cm ginger (finely grated)
1 Pak Choi (roughly chopped)
1 Onion (sliced)
2 Handfuls of beansprouts
1 tsp Chinese Five Spice
4 tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
Cook a packet of dried egg noodles according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile using a large frying pan fry 2 cloves of garlic (crushed), 2cm ginger finely grated, 1 Pak choi (roughly chopped), one onion (sliced), 2 handfuls of beansprouts, 1 tsp Chinese five spice, 4 tbsp. dark soy sauce, and 2 tbsp. rice vinegar.
When the vegetables are tender mix with the cooked noodles.
Serve immediately or allow to cool and microwave to reheat thoroughly.
