Egg Wraps

If you don’t want to waste syns on pancakes or maybe you are gluten free or just fancy a change, these egg wraps are really easy to make and lovely with shredded chicken etc or chilli. They are not as firm as a wheat type wrap though so fillings need to be quite firm or they easily go soggy!

To make 4 large wraps I used 6 eggs and whisked them with a large splash of water and some seasoning. Spray a large non stick frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and place over high heat. Using a ladle pour a small amount into the frying pan, just enough to cover the base and heat until cooked then turn over and cook on the other side. It is basically an omelette mixture but cooking as you would a pancake!
