Healthspan YoGo Omega 3 and MultiVitalty Children’s Gummy Bears Review and Giveaway

**Sponsored Post**
When Healthspan contacted me to ask me to review their products I was a little unsure at first as I have always said I would not promote supplements etc as I am all about a healthy lifestyle. These however are simply vitamins and minerals to help boost a child’s intake and designed for alongside a healthy lifestyle so they seemed perfect.

The Products

The products I was sent for Ben to try out were some gummy bears and some yoghurtdrink mix for Omega 3. MultiVitality Children’s Gummy Bears which is a jar of gummy bears containing various vitamins and minerals for children aged 3 and over. The bottle of 80 bears retails at £8.95. YoGo Omega 3 Strawberry is a box of sachets that mix with milk in a provided bottle to make a yoghurt drink containing Omega 3, this pack of 20 sachets retails at £19.99.

The Taste and Appearance

Ben was very impressed with the gummy bears saying they tasted just like sweets and thought that most kids would like them. The YoGo drink was easy to mix and looked nice in the little bottle provided. Ben said it was tasty and very much had the texture of a yoghurt drink. HE said he would happily have it again.

My Thoughts

As I am vegetarian and the gummy bears contain gelatine and the YoGo contains fish oil I did not try either myself however both looked appealing. The YoGo was easy to mix though I did discover that if you don’t wash out the bottle straight away it is a bit of a pain with the mixture sticking to the inside! I love the idea that with simple sweet like chews and a yoghurt drink I can be assured that Ben’s already healthy diet contains all that he needs for development. The price of the gummy bears I think is quite similar to other products that are similar which I have seen however I have never previously seen anything like YoGo so can not really say how good value that is compared to other products as I think it is quite unique. If you are in any doubt what is best for your children’s diet it is always best to chat to your family doctor, school nurse or health visitor for advice.

Whilst I was paid to review these and share a giveaway with my readers I was not paid to write a positive review and only asked to write my honest experiences. All opinions above are my own. If you are unsure whether your child may benefit from supplements like this always contact a medical professional such as your family doctor, health visitor or school nurse.
