When I was sent this lovely watch to review Ben was very impressed and asked if he could have it. Globenfeld is a well known and good name in watches so I was keen to see if this one would live up to its counterparts.
As with all the other Globenfeld watches it came in a strong and classy looking case. The watch itself is very heavy and feels of very good quality. I was unsure how easy it would be to set up with the dials and pins however this was put to the test when Ben asked to wear it straight away for a family meal out! The large face gives it an expensive and classy look which whilst big wasn’t too big on Ben’s teenage size wrists.
Setting the watch up
It was extremely easy to set up with the instructions. The instructions were most definitely needed as I am not sure I would have managed without but maybe others would. The instructions were clear with good diagrams and even whilst in a passenger in the car it made it really easy!
Ben’s Opinion of the watch
Ben thinks it is quite posh and he would love to wear it for events and meetings when he is older and has a job. He most definitely thought it was easy to work and the light up aspect and stopwatch would be handy. He loves it and says if he had received it as a gift he would have been very pleased with it.
Stuart’s Opinion of the Watch
Stuart also likes the watch so I think it is very much one for a teenager/preteen as well as a man. It is very versatile and would look great with a suit or jeans and a jumper. It looked a perfect size on Stuarts wrist also and looked just as good.
Value for money?
The watch is currently on Amazon at £49.99 and I think this is a great price for such a classy looking watch. It would be a perfect end of exams gift, new job gift or a gift for any birthday or special occasion.
