We all know that B&M is great for some bargains but what about healthier options? Yesterday I went there for a few bits and came across some great products I wanted to share with you. Here are the things I bought.
This chickpea dahl is a bargain at 89p and syn free. It is great in curries and making things like curry loaf or even just eating on its own.
These Diablo sweets are popular with Ben, he loves them. At half a syn a sweet and individually wrapped they are great. They taste like strawberry and cream and have a great flavour. The bag is £1.
These Pink and Whites are a popular low syn snack on Slimming World at just 2.5 syns each. This pack was £1 and help keep Ben enjoying low syn treats after school. Fibre One bars are another popular snack. At 4 syns each they had 3 flavours (salted caramel, lemon drizzle and chocolate brownie) and just £1.49 a box.
This drinks bottle is great we have a couple of others and they hold a nice big drink to keep you hydrated through the day. The bottle is £2.99 so not a massive bargain but I think its pretty good. The flask we hope will keep Stuart some lunch hot in for when he goes to the football. It was just £4.99.
I love this little plaque for the kitchen, especially the first point of not weighing more than the fridge! It was £1.99 and I thought a nice little bargain.
These roasted red peppers and jalapeno peppers are both in brine making them syn free and good value. The red peppers were 95p and the jalapenos 89p which for large jars like these 480g each I think are great.
The frylight is on offer as usual at B&M for £1.49 and the Alpen lights which can be had with 2 as a healthy extra b choice are £1 a box.
I am sure there are many other bargains that are great on syns but these are my favourites. Do comment and let me know any find you come across.
