When I was approached and asked if I was interested in trying some clothes from JD Williams and sharing them with you I was so excited. It is a store I have never shopped with before but upon looking they have a huge variety of clothes in various sizes and they had so many I liked the look of. Since I have gained weight I was pleased to discover this included plus size clothes and all at great prices too. I cant believe I didn’t know about this website before!
The items I chose to try (photographed above – ignore my strange face this photo showed the clothes well but I forgot to smile!) are all things I usually wear in the winter and perfect for the school run (not that I run to school I can assure you!), popping to the shops, meeting friends for coffee or even an evening in the pub. I love versatile clothes like this and teal is my favourite colour!
I absolutely love this Teal Tie Waist Teal Coat with Faux Fur Trim Cuff at £75. This is available in sizes 10-32 but as I discovered does come up small in sizes so I would recommend ordering a size or two bigger than you usually would. I love it though so I am keeping it for when I have lost a few pounds or so as it will be perfect throughout the winter and spring. It fastens with a tie at the front and has pockets for your gloves so definitely my kind of winter coat!
I also chose High waist bootcut indigo colour jeans for £25. These jeans are so comfortable and the fit is perfect so I would definitely recommend these for the money. They are available in sizes 10-32. I love high waisted jeans as I find them so much more comfortable than standard jeans and think they fit well when you have generous hips like me!
I have big feet which I absolutely hate and finding shoes that I love and that are comfortable can be difficult. These Taupe boots are so comfortable I love them and they are definitely my new favourite shoes/boots. They are ankle height, a good fit and easy to put on and off with the side zip. I love the back detail too. Also available in black they really are a wardrobe staple in the winter I think. They are available in sizes 4-9 and in two different widths so perfect for others like me who are blessed with
elephant big feet! At £40 I think they are great value and I really can not put into words how comfortable they are!
Have you every ordered from JD Williams? Have I just missed a trick here not spotting this website as somewhere with such a great range? It is definitely somewhere I will go to in the future now I have discovered it though especially for shoes and boots! If you treat yourself do let me know what you buy I love having a nosey at other peoples choices! Do you have feet you hate like me? Please tell me I am not alone!
