Once you have had derma roller treatment it is highly likely that your skin will bleed from the punctures created by the micro needles. Your skin will probably also be red and sore. There are also certain products and things that you should avoid for a period of time after your derma roller therapy to ensure that you do not aggravate the skin. Do not wear any make up for at least twelve hours after the treatment, if your skin is still red after this time period then it is advisable to refrain from wearing any make up until the skin has calmed down.
