Since I have had multiple problems with my asthma in 2017 and haven’t been able to run that has not helped my fitness. Depression has also had a part to play and comfort eating and generally being a bit of a greedy pig hasn’t helped either. I have put weight on, become more unfit due to not being able to exercise because of my severe asthma and I hate the way I feel now!
