During my Facebook live session I answered a lot of questions about my weight loss journey and following some questions afterwards also I thought here would be a good place to put those answers down into words. For future live chats I will focus mostly on different areas asking you to put questions to me based on that subject for example comfort eating, Snacking, eating out etc.
I know many of my followers and readers found my blog due to my amazing weight loss of over 10 stone. I still cant believe I did that, I lost over 10 stone in 15 months with 8 stone of that in 37 weeks, and I kept it off for over a year. Of course in that year I had ups and downs but I was never more than around half a stone away from my target weight. This year though things have changed and I have struggled so I want to be honest and share this with you and hope you understand and continue to follow my journey that will never end.

This last 2 weeks Ben has made me very proud at Slimming World. He is only 11 and he has special needs but I am so immensely proud of him. As those who have followed my slimming journey for some time will know my boyfriend Stuart also follows Slimming World. We met through the mutual interest of Slimming World however had both started our journeys independently. Stuart had got to target with a loss of 22 Stone 7lb, and I was a fair way through my loss when we started dating. However now a few years down the line we have been following the plan as a couple and here I will share the truth of my experiences of the good and bad aspects of slimming as a couple!

This week I have been chatting to the lovely Ana from Funky Fitness about her exercise classes and how she feels as a fitness instructor who has struggled with her weight and suffered various health problems but has changed that with exercise, yes that’s exercise not extra fries! She has changed her life and understands the battles her clients face with their weight too which isn’t always common with fitness instructors is it! Though I should add I have another friend who is a fitness instructor and has struggles with her weight who I will chat to another week for our coffee break chatter!
