24 Easy Syn Free Snacks

If like me you follow Slimming World and also like your food then it is all about making tasty snacks. Of course snacks do not have to be savoury they can be sweet and still Syn free. Here I will share my top 24 snacks (was going to be 20 but I had more ideas!) with you that we have as a family that are Syn free so perfect on Slimming World so you can save those Syns for something else. Whilst fruit is Syn free (except avocado!) I wanted to suggest some other ideas!

Curry Loaf

I fancied something a bit different to snack on so thought I would try to make a curry loaf. I wanted one that would be Syn free on Slimming World and also really easy to make. Christmas Food – The Best and The Worst!
Whilst you certainly don’t have to eat “on plan” over Christmas I always feel that it is worth looking at each element of your dinner/drinks and deciding then which choice to make. Here I share with you some of the choices you can make and the difference they could make! Please remember these are approximate as everyone cooks things slightly differently but to give you an idea! Cauliflower Garlic Bread
If you like garlic bread but don’t want to use lots of syns/calories then cauliflower garlic bread is worth a try. It isn’t really quite the same but we quite like it and it might be something you do too so worth a try!

Egg Wraps
If you don’t want to waste syns on pancakes or maybe you are gluten free or just fancy a change, these egg wraps are really easy to make and lovely with shredded chicken etc or chilli. They are not as firm as a wheat type wrap though so fillings need to be quite firm or they easily go soggy!
