Well done, you are a week in already. Now you are probably full of motivation still, but if you are struggling, here are a few things to remember.
People will not notice any weight changes for a few weeks or so yet that doesn’t mean you are not doing well.
It takes longer than a week to form a new habit, so keep trying, and it will soon be second nature. It usually takes around 3 weeks to form a habit, so keep going. By the end of this 12-week journal, it will be a permanent lifestyle change if you stick with it.
Rome wasn’t built in a day, every small change will add up to a big change. Don’t expect big changes immediately and get disheartened when they don’t happen.
