How are you doing? Have you started noticing any changes in yourself when you look in the mirror? Have you lost weight? Got more visible muscles? Are you smiling more? Something will have changed now, you just need to spot it and be proud of yourself.
In this next week, could you add a little more activity to your day? Whether you find a new exercise or a new hobby, think about focusing on yourself. You are worth spending time on, and there is no reason you always have to come last; put yourself first instead!
