You are now over a month into your 12 weeks, and I am sure you are doing really well. This is a great time to be proud of yourself. The task in the journal today is to write a compliment to yourself. Is this something you find hard? Many people, myself included, struggle with self-confidence and spend a lot of time putting themselves down. You can move past this, though. Remember to talk to yourself in the same way as you would to your best friend.
