This week, I want you to think about your mental health. How do you feel about the changes you have made? Do you struggle with comfort eating? Do you feel depressed and worry about how you are progressing? These issues are so common, and you really don’t need to worry. Remember that exercise or weight loss is unlikely to get rid of mental health difficulties, it may improve them or it may even make them worse, you can get help and you can keep going.
There is so much support out there to help you, and maybe the changes you have made are making differences to your body, but not your mind? If this is the case, perhaps a trip to see your doctor may help?
