Description

An easy healthy smoothie to make with frozen ingredients in minutes.

Ingredients

Units Scale

1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)

150g frozen mango chunks

75g frozen blueberries

120ml vanilla almond milk (or any milk you prefer)

1 tablespoon of honey (or to your taste)

A large handful of fresh baby spinach (about 40g)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Place everything into the jug of your blender. It’s usually best to put the liquid in first to help the blades move more easily.
  2. Blend until smooth: Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed for about 60 seconds, or until all the ingredients are completely smooth and creamy. If it looks too thick, you can add a little more milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy: Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve straight away. Enjoy your delicious and healthy creation!
