Ingredients
900g Lean diced pork
2 Red onions finely chopped
2 red peppers deseeded and finely chopped
2 Cans of mixed beans in water, drained (300g cans)
1 can Haricot beans, drained (400g can)
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
2 tbsp Black treacle
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Mustard powder
2 tbsp Tomato puree
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp Granulated Sweetener
390g Passata with onion and garlic
Instructions
Remove all visible fat from the pork and place into the slow cooker.
Add all the other ingredients including the beans but ensure they are drained well first.
Stir thoroughly to combine.
Cook on high for 6-7 hours
