Description
An easy to make and quick to adapt quiche that is perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients
Scale
6 eggs
250g quark
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
6 Cherry tomatoes
6 mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
Beat the eggs and quark together until thoroughly combined.
Add herbs, salt and pepper.
Line a loaf tin or use cases to make individual quiches and layer the mushrooms and tomatoes inside.
Pour over the egg/quark mixture and cook in a preheated oven 200’c for 30 minutes.
Notes
Add cooked bacon, ham, sausage etc for added flavour.
