Description

This easy healthier version of coleslaw is perfect for all the family and a great option to add to a BBQ or a buffet table for those looking for a healthier alternative. There is no reason everyone will know you have made this healthily and I am sure they will enjoy it all the same!


Ingredients

Scale

2 carrots, coarsely grated

150g white cabbage, finely shredded

5 tbsp fat-free natural yoghurt

1 tbsp white wine vinegar

1/4 tsp sweetener


Instructions

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly then place in the fridge where it can be kept for up to 3 days.
