Ingredients

2 carrots, coarsely grated
150g white cabbage, finely shredded
5 tbsp fat-free natural yoghurt
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp sweetener
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly then place in the fridge where it can be kept for up to 3 days.
