200g prepared kale – chopped finely
1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
low-calorie cooking spray
Instructions
Thinly spread chopped kale on a baking tray and sprinkle with Chinese five-spice powder and spray with low-calorie cooking spray. Bake in the oven at around 200°c until crispy. We like it made chilli Frylight rather than the plain one to make chilli kale but the choice is yours it also works well with garlic Frylight.
