Description
A simple straight forward delicious greek salad
Ingredients
2 heads of lettuce, washed and sliced.
Roughly 250g tomatoes halved or otherwise sliced until bite-sized.
100g olives, drained, rinsed, and halved.
1 block feta, drained and cubed.
Dash of olive oil to finish.
Pinch of black pepper.
Pinch of peri salt.
Instructions
Firstly, prepare your salad ingredients.
Drain and cube the feta, remove the stalks from two heads of lettuce, and slice into roughly half-inch thick slices.
Halve cherry tomatoes, or cut larger tomatoes into wedges. Drain and halve olives.
Add them all to a mixing bowl and toss to combine.
Add a light drizzle of olive oil, along with a pinch of black pepper and a little peri salt for some added spice. If you’d rather avoid the heat, opt for standard salt instead.
Plate up, and enjoy!
