Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes: Great on Slimming World

Ingredients

800g baby potatoes

1.5 tbsp olive oil or low-calorie cooking spray

Salt, to taste


Instructions

Rinse the potatoes under cold water. Then pat them dry using kitchen towels.

Place the potato slices on your cutting board and thinly slice them on one side. Make sure to place chopsticks or the handles of cutlery on each side, so you don’t fully cut the potatoes through.

Cover the potatoes with olive oil or spray well with low-calorie cooking spray and season with salt.

Put them in the air fryer for 30-35 minutes on 175°c/350°f, or until golden brown. Make sure to flip them over halfway.

Serve while hot.
