A delicious curry which can be easily made in the slow cooker.
300g 5% fat beef mince or 300g Quorn mince
1 large onion, chopped
80g Frozen garden peas
1 inch of ginger, finely grated
100ml beef or vegetable stock
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp mild chilli powder
1.5 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp ground turmeric
1.5 tsp garam masala
0.5 tsp ground cumin
Put all ingredients in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
If you use Quorn mince the calories will vary, calories below for beef version
