A tasty Moroccan meatball recipe perfect for all the family made easily using your slow cooker.
500g Lean lamb mince
1.5 tbsp Paprika
1.5 tbsp Ground Ginger
1 tbsp Turmeric
2 tsp Cinnamon
500g carton of Passata
110g Dried apricots
450ml lamb or beef stock
1 tbsp Honey
Couscous to serve
1. Add the paprika, ground ginger, turmeric and cinnamon to a bowl and mix well. Put half of the spice mixture directly into your slow cooker pot and mix the rest with your lamb mince.
2. Using your hands mix the mince and spices well and form into small meatballs and place into the slow cooker pot on top of the spices.
3. Add all other ingredients to the slow cooker pot except the couscous as you need to make that seperately when you are ready to serve.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours and season to taste before serving with couscous and salad.
