Description
An easy recipe for mushroom pate that is perfect on any other healthy eating diet.
Ingredients
Scale
2 shallots, chopped finely
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
150g quark
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
250g mushrooms
Instructions
Blitz the mushrooms in a food processor or cut as small as you can.
Fry shallots and garlic for 4-5 minutes then add the mushrooms and thyme.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Blend together the quark and mushroom mix until smooth.
