Description
An easy tomato herb and lime salsa recipe that can literally be used or added to any meal!
Ingredients

4 Vine Tomatoes
1 Red Onion
1 Red Chilli, seeds removed
A small handful of coriander leaves (fresh)
A small handful of mint leaves (fresh)
2 Limes
Instructions
Finely dice the tomatoes, red onion, chilli and the fresh herbs. Place all of them into a bowl along with the juice of the limes. Season with salt and pepper, if you wish, and mix together thoroughly. Cover the bowl and allow the flavours to infuse fully for between 10 and 20 minutes before it’s ready to be served.
