This syn free vegan BBQ jackfruit is perfect on Slimming World and great for all the family.
Ingredients
Scale
2 x 400g can of shredded jackfruit (strained) OR 3 x 560g can Young Jackfruit or raw jackfruit in brine
75 ml Hendersons Relish
1 tsp Mustard Powder
2 Cloves of Garlic crushed
3 tbsp Granulated Sweetener
2 x 400g can Chopped Tomatoes
45 ml Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Simply strain well the jackfruit and add all ingredients to the slow cooker and mix well.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
