Easy and tasty chilli con Carne recipe for all the family
Ingredients

500 Grams 5% Fat Mince Beef or vegetarian alternative
400 Grams Red Kidney Beans (Drained)
400 Grams Can of Chopped tomatoes
50 Grams Red Chilli (deseeded and finely diced)
3 Peppers – red, orange or yellow (deseeded and cut into small chunks or thin slices)
2 large Red Onions (Peeled and Sliced)
1 Tbsp Mild Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir well. Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours. Stir well before serving.
