Description
Easy rosemary chicken ramen to make in minutes and enjoy a healthy easy dish.
Ingredients
1 Large or 2 thin boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 packet of roasted chicken noodles & seasoning
Optional – Additional rosemary or a lemon slice for garnish
Instructions
Coat chicken breasts with pepper, garlic, and rosemary and fry in olive oil until no longer pink in the middle and nicely browned on the outside.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the Ramen noodles by boiling and draining then adding the seasoning packet. Toss until combined.
Remove chicken from the pan and slice chicken breasts into slices and serve over the Ramen noodles.
If you wish you can add the remaining oil/drippings from the pan or drizzle a small bit of olive oil over the dish for added flavour.
Garnish with additional rosemary or a slice of lemon and enjoy. Yum!
