Description

Tasty air fryer hash browns are great for weight loss. They’re full of flavour and can accompany any meal

Ingredients

Scale

2 Potatoes (russet work well)

1 tbsp Olive oil (or vegetable oil)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Peel your potatoes if preferred (skin-on potatoes are fine too)

Using a cheese grater carefully grate your potatoes (not your fingers!)

Place all the grated potatoes into a clean tea towel and use to squeeze all the moisture from the grated potatoes. Try and squeeze as much as possible as this will affect the taste of the final hash browns.

Using a mixing bowl add the grated potato, oil, salt and pepper. I recommend quite a decent amount of salt and pepper but the choice is yours. Mix well.

Add the potato to your air fryer formed into patties if you can. If not, don’t worry it will still be tasty!

Cook at 190°C/370°F for 3.5 minutes before shaking or turning over the hash browns, then cook for a further 3.5 minutes.

Serve with whatever you fancy!
