Covering over 20 hectares, the park is home to a zoo, an aquarium, a botanical garden, a dolphinarium, a butterfly house, an aviary and more. You could spend the whole day in the park and still find plenty to do. 

Poema del Mar

Poema del Mar is an aquarium located in Las Palmas. It is sure to be a lovely day out for all the family. The aquarium contains over 8 million litres of water and is home to over 350 different species of marine life from all over the world.

Go on a Jeep Tour

There are many companies that offer Jeep tours on the island. Some tours last a few hours whilst others can last the full day. Why not spend a day in the mountains or on the coast? Some even give you the option of an additional camel ride. 

Visit Maspalomas

If you’re not staying in or near Maspalomas it’s worth visiting the area for the day. You could spend your day in the famous sand dunes, on the beach (there is a nudist part of the beach) or take a visit to the famous lighthouse.

Why not take a boat trip to see the dolphins and whales that like to frolic in and around the seas close to the Canary Islands? Each trip lasts a few hours and you are bound to have plenty of fun.
