    I remember when my son was tiny, the weather was awful and I was really struggling and someone stopped, helped put the blanket and rain cover over his pushchair and then pushed him up the big hill towards our house. Small but so appreciated and kind and never forgotten.

    At my university they were doing random acts of kindness and they came up to me in the library and gave me a bottle of water, chocolate and a few other freebies – it made my day!
