A quick and easy recipe for strawberry and raspberry protein yoghurt parfaits
Ingredients
Scale
8 oz. Strawberry fat-free Greek Yoghurt
1/2–3/4 cups of Protein Honey & Oat Flavored Granola (or flavour of choice)
1/4–1/2 cup of chopped strawberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1/2 tsp. Chia seeds
Instructions
1. In a glass of choice add a spoonful of the yoghurt.
2. Then layer with the granola, the berries, and more yoghurt to your liking.
3. Finish off with some chia seeds and additional berries for garnish and enjoy right away or refrigerate.
