  • 8 oz of Strawberry Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • ½ – ¾ cups of Protein Honey & Oat Flavored Granola (or flavour of choice)
  • ¼ – ½ cup of chopped strawberries
  • ¼ cup of raspberries
  • ½ tsp of Chia seeds
