If you live a busy lifestyle then you may not know how unhealthy you are being at times. You might find that you go for takeaways more than you should and that you also find it difficult to make time in the day to workout as well. Poor Skin

Inspecting your skin is always a good place to start. If you struggle with acne then this is normal, and it happens to everyone at some point. If you notice stretch marks or other blemishes however, then this could indicate that there is something wrong and that you need to do something about it.

Sleep Issues

Not being able to fall asleep at night can be a problem. You may find that you wake up feeling exhausted, or that you just can’t concentrate in the day. If this sounds like you then this could indicate that you are eating the wrong foods. You may also find that you are drinking way too much caffeine during the day too. This can cause you to have way more energy than you should at night, and it can also have a long-lasting impact on your health if you are not careful.

Dry Lips and Eyes

If your lips are constantly chapped and you feel as though you just can’t get through the day without using lip balm, then this is your body trying to tell you that something is wrong. Your lip condition could be an indicator that you are not getting enough vitamins. If you want to stop this then you need to try and diversify your diet. This will help you to get the vitamins you need and it will also help you to have more energy in the day too.  If you have dry eyes, then consider investing in some Bauch + Lomb contact lenses.

Bad Nails

Your fingernails can also give you an idea of whether you are healthy or unhealthy. You need to be on the lookout for ridges, bumps or dents. If this is happening, then you need to make sure that you have enough calcium in your diet. If you don’t then this could be a strong indicator that you need to make a change. If your calcium levels are low then you may find that you have white marks on your nails. Other signs include nails that are brittle or discoloured.

Being Constantly Cold

Icy feet and hands aren’t normal to say the least. If you find that your extremities are super cold, then this could be a sign of cardiovascular problems. You may even find that you have circulatory issues too because the blood in your body isn’t getting to where it needs to be. If you want to help yourself then you need to get up and move around. You also need to try and exercise more as well, as this will help you to really reap the benefits.
