    I really like the journal. It sounds ideal as would be perfect for tracking progress and reflecting. I think this would be an ideal gift.

    i often feel very overwhelmed and try to make sense of the world. I am a pretty positive person, but recently I have been feeling very stressed and never know where to start with things, so I often procrastinate and constantly juggling so much that I miss deadlines. I very likely have aspects similar to ADHD. I lost my own mum to suicide when I was younger and need to try to find ways to balance things for myself. someone suggested keeping a journal but I haven’t done it yet.

    I think it’s great. As someone who likes to write things down and be organised in every aspect of my life I think this would be a great help. I’ve always punished myself in the past for not being able to keep to strict diets and exercise regimes but I like the idea of just celebrating the small wins. I’ve recently started doing pilates and trying to snack a little less on chocolate and more on fruit. The way I see it any improvement is good no matter how small.
