Kefir – A Secret Ingredient

With its tangy, probiotic-rich goodness, kefir adds a unique dimension to mocktails, creating refreshing and healthy concoctions that are perfect for any occasion.

Kefir is a fermented milk drink known for its numerous health benefits. It is made by adding kefir grains to milk, which ferments lactose into lactic acid, resulting in a tangy and slightly effervescent beverage.

This probiotic powerhouse is rich in beneficial bacteria and yeasts that promote gut health and boost the immune system. When incorporated into mocktails, kefir introduces a pleasant tang and creaminess that adds complexity and depth of flavour.
