Begin by heating the honey and almond butter in a large saucepan over low heat and then add in oats, shredded coconuts and chopped almonds (or any other nut of your choice) until the mixture is tight and combined.

Spread it out on a tray, freeze and then cut it into bars and you’re done.

Almond & Cranberry Bars

Chewy and fruity, these cereal bars might just become your next favourite.

To make these, you’ll need to blitz de-seeded dates together in a paste and combine them with some almond butter, dried cranberries, salt, shredded coconut, oat flour and flax seeds.

Spread this mixture out on a baking dish, bake for 15-20 minutes and cut into bars.

You can also make a no-bake version of these by replacing oat flour with rolled oats and chilling them instead of baking them.

Bake this for 20-25 minutes and that’s it.
