What is the new myWW program?

Why it’s different?
Before starting myWW program, you are required to go through an assessment. You are required to answer questions about your lifestyle, food preferences, your weight loss approach, and activity level to help understand personal behaviour.
Your response is used to match you to a suitable eating style out of their three main plans; blue, purple, and green.
The green plan works perfectly for someone just starting out the myWW program. It is based on the 100+ ZeroPoint foods which include fruits and vegetables.
The blue plan consists of 200+ ZeroPoint foods which include lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables while the purple plan is made up of 300+ ZeroPoint foods which include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins.
Switching the colours
While each colour is comprised of different foods, it is not hard to switch from one to the other. If you feel like the colour plan you are using is not working for you, you can switch to another one.
But it is recommended to wait until two weeks before switching to another colour. This way, you give yourself time to ascertain whether the meals fit your lifestyle or not.
