    If you follow SW to the letter you should be regular with bowel movements. However, everyone is different, no two metabolism are the same so just because one person goes every day at the same tim, it doesn’t necessarily happen to all of us. Really good tips.

  2. I’ve been lucky enough to get constipated on Slimming World. I assumed it was because I eat more fruit and veg than I do when I’m not on it 🙂

    Some good tips, I do find when I am on plan with Slimming World it can be tougher to go to the loo x

    I have a friend who really struggles with this. It can cause a lot of pain and other issues!

  6. I used to have constipation when I take iron tablet. For that I eat lot fiber rich salad and water that helped me. Thanks for all these tips. I will keep in mind.

    I learnt about running the stomach in a clockwise motion from mom and it works. Anyway, I’m all for drinking a lot of water. Always helps.

  10. These sound like some great tips to help people out who are suffering from constipation it is amazing how going on a diet can really change your body for a while.

  11. I think this is my first time ever to comment on a poop post in 11 years of blogging!!! Haha. Thankfully I don’t suffer from constipation, but good to know in case it ever happens.
