What can you make with a CRIMPiT?

The answer is, What can’t you make with a CRIMPiT? Spicy chicken, cheese, ham and beans, jam, and custard – you name it, you can put it in there.

CRIMPiT is easy to use; whether you decide on using the CRIMPiT Square with a sandwich thin or the Crimpit Wrap with a tortilla, simply add your chosen item to the Crimpit, add your filling(s) (any meats you include should be cooked), place the lid, and Crimpit!

Bake your item in a toaster, under the grill, in the oven, or in an air fryer, and within a few minutes, you have a tasty snack or meal accompaniment. The best is that wraps and squares can be eaten hot or cold, so they’re perfect for lunchboxes too.

Here are a few quick and simple ideas on what you can use in your CRIMPit:

Hot CRIMPiT Ideas:

A few easy ways of thinking about it are things you would put on a pizza work well or anything you might have in a hot sandwich or burrito.

  • Cheese, ham, and beans – add your favourite cheese, ham, and beans, CRIMPiT, and then toast or air fry for a quick and delicious toastie. Add or swap ingredients to make your perfect cheese toastie.
  • Chicken Tikka  Put slices of cooked chicken, add a spoonful or so of tikka sauce from a jar (you could use any sauce you wish here), and cook in the toaster, oven or air fryer.
  • Chicken and Stuffing – perfect as a warm or cold snack, why not add slices of cooked chicken or turkey with a little cooked stuffing, gravy, and/or a sauce of your choice?

Cold CRIMPiT Ideas:

  • Cheese salad
  • Tuna mayo
  • Roast beef, chicken, gammon or turkey

Anything you would normally have in a cold sandwich or wrap can be used in a CRIMPiT.

Sweet CRIMPiT Ideas:

  • Jam and custard – add a couple of spoonfuls of your favourite jam and a big dollop of your favourite custard, heat and enjoy – be sure to leave it for a couple of minutes to cool, as the filling will be extremely hot.
  • Fruit and custard – Apples, bananas, cherries or any of your favourite fruits would work in a wrap or square. You can use tinned or fresh fruit – again, the filling will be hot, so please make sure you let it cool down a little first.
  • S’mores – Add marshmallows and chocolate spread for a sweet and sticky snack/dessert that is sure to be enjoyed by everyone.
