Curry sauce for weight loss

This is such an easy curry sauce to pour over Actifry or air fryer chips! Whilst no food should be touted as for weight loss as it is all about eating everything in moderation, this is a great curry sauce. This can be made into a Slimming World curry sauce as all the ingredients are free on the plan.

If you follow Slimming World, Weight Watchers (WW), Noom or any other weight loss plan, it is, of course, essential to review any plan you follow and note that all nutritional information and ingredients are listed in the recipe card below.

Budget shopping tips

I try to ensure all of the recipes I make are accessible for everyone. This suitable for Slimming World curry sauce is so cheap and easy, you will wonder why you have not made it before! I do not use obscure, hard-to-find ingredients.

I also believe that recipes should use as few ingredients as possible and avoid expensive ingredients. We would all much rather spend money on holidays than on expensive ingredients, wouldn’t we?

Additionally, don’t forget to check out the yellow sticker reductions and freeze what you can.

Frozen vegetables are nutritionally just as good as fresh, usually, so do keep an eye out for those too to save money. Frozen onions would work just as well in this recipe!

Do you have any particular frozen vegetables you love? Do share them with me, it is always nice to hear people’s recommendations.

Comfort eating

It is easy when you are trying to lose weight to fall into the trap of comfort eating when you are feeling down. Finding healthier snack alternatives can help you avoid weight gain. That is why this suitable for Slimming World curry sauce is great on some air fryer chips! Comforting but healthy!

You don’t need to limit yourself to just snacking on fruit and vegetables to be healthy; there are many other alternatives.

If you find that you are regularly feeling down and snacking, then maybe you need to address this as possible depression and consider seeing your GP. We all have struggles every now and then, so it really isn’t something to be ashamed of.

Another option, instead of eating, could be to find something else to do when you are feeling down. Give it some thought and see if you can come up with any strategies to help yourself.
