Here I share with you my selection of delicious Slimming World friendly dessert recipes you can make with few ingredients and still enjoy within your syns on the plan.
There are few truly syn-free desserts other than fruit due to the fact that they should be eaten as extras in moderation. I don’t know why Iceland don’t sell Slimming World desserts, but I think they should develop some! A few syn-free options are:
Spiced melon medley
If you are looking for something a bit more exciting than just simple fruit, this spiced melon dessert is for you. It is easy to make and just a bit better than fruit on its own, but still usually syn-free.

Fruit pasta salad
If you’re looking for something a little different from the usual fruit salad, why not try it with pasta? I know it sounds crazy, but this fruit pasta salad is absolutely delicious and so filling too. Always best with seasonal summer fruits, which have more flavour too!

Fruit lollies
Making a lolly with syn-free low-calorie squash and adding in some fruit can be syn-free or extremely low in syns, and a delicious dessert.

Sweet banana pots
This delicious recipe for sweet banana pots is really easy to make and great for kids, too. It is syn-free without the optional honey, and only one syn is added if you prefer to add the honey.

Frozen fruit
Freezing a stick of pineapple is a great way to enjoy a fruit-based lolly and have it at your disposal whenever you like, as it is syn-free. Other fruits to try are melon, particularly watermelon, grapes and berries, which are all delicious when frozen. They make great Slimming World desserts to keep on hand for when you need a sweet treat.

If you have used a few syns throughout the day and still want a sweet treat, then these are the perfect choice for Slimming World desserts.
All 5 syns or less, so if you have used no other syns, you could even have 3 portions if you wanted!
Blueberry fool
This is a delicious, fruity blueberry fool dessert you should try. The recipe works out as approx 1.5 syns per portion.

Jelly
Many sachets of jelly can be made for just a syn or two. Check out the low-sugar versions for the best choices and add fruit to bulk it out. These are popular Slimming World desserts discussed in groups. which are your favourites?

Semifreddo
This delicious blueberry and vanilla semifreddo recipe is easy to adapt to include the fruit of your choice. Straightforward to make in just 10 minutes, but does require 2 hours of freezing time. If you are looking for suitable for Slimming World desserts for a big family meal it could be perfect.
At just 1 syn per slice (approx), it tastes naughty but easily falls within your daily allowance of syns.

Fruit and yoghurt with a biscuit
By simply finding a biscuit or snack you enjoy and layering it with fruit and yoghurt, you could make a delicious dessert.
Many biscuits are just a few syns, and with many Müller light yoghurts being half a syn, this can easily be made under 5 syns.

Deconstructed frozen berry cheesecake
Sometimes in the spur of the moment, you just fancy cheesecake! This deconstructed frozen berry cheesecake recipe can be assembled in minutes and is delicious.
If you use the Alpen light bar as part of your Healthy Extra B choice, then this dessert comes in at just 2.5 syns per portion (approx.).
Otherwise, it would be 5.5 syns (approx), so still not at all bad! A perfect low-fat dessert recipe for those looking for Slimming World desserts.

Unofficial Slimming World Desserts for under 10 syns a portion
Desserts with 6-10 syns per portion are likely to be much more like a “normal dessert” but made in a healthier way. They show you can still enjoy something tasty and lose weight.
Slimming World-friendly Carrot cake
I absolutely love carrot cake; it truly has to be one of my favourite suitable for Slimming World desserts. This carrot cake recipe comes in at just 8 syns a slice (approx) and tastes like the real deal.
It is not too fiddly to make and looks good too so great for a family party. This carrot cake is a great low-fat dessert recipe that tastes just like any other carrot cake!

A smaller portion of Raspberry and chocolate indulgence
If this is something you like the look of, you could opt for a half portion, which would still be delicious and contain around 7 syns per portion, making it definitely worthwhile.
You could always add more whole raspberries to make your portion as large as the others. You could also try white chocolate instead.

Baked vanilla quark cheesecake
I love cheesecake, and when I made this baked vanilla quark cheesecake recipe, I was impressed. It was totally how I intended it to be and definitely amazing.
At approximately 8 syns per slice, it is suitable for Slimming World desserts. It really is much better than a bought cheesecake, and the family will enjoy it too. They might not even know it is a healthier option!
