Using this meal plan for weight loss
If you follow Slimming World, Weight Watchers (WW), Noom or any other weight loss plan you can usually count the ingredients within these recipes in your allowances. It is of course important to check yourself any plan you follow and remember all nutritional information and ingredients are found in the recipe cards.
How to follow Slimming World without joining a group
If you are planning on following Slimming World without joining a group then these plans for the extra easy plan should help you lots.
There are online Slimming World plans you can join without ever having to set foot in a group and still having access to their syn directory and support. If you have done Slimming World before you might decide to start yourself first with the basics you know before making the step to join.

All the plans I share will be Slimming World friendly and clearly show if they include syns within the daily allowance and also healthy extra choices.
They can of course also be used on other diets including Weight Watchers, Noom, Second Nature and Calorie counting to name a few. I will usually mostly include recipes from my recipe directory.
Sit back and grab a cuppa and have a look through these tasty meal plans to see what is suitable for you or your family’s needs.
Even if they are not trying to lose weight there is nothing stopping them from eating healthily too and by all eating the same it will help you to eat well and avoid temptation.

Starting a diet or getting back on plan
If you are looking to start a diet, or even kickstart a diet you already follow, then a fresh start can be just what you need. Check how many syns (approx) are in your favourites or how many calories if you follow another plan so you can regain control.
Stop kidding yourself about the clothes size you are and what you weigh but instead find out for sure, make plans and move forward.
