If you follow Slimming World, Weight Watchers (WW), Noom or any other weight loss plan you can usually count the ingredients within these recipes in your allowances. It is of course important to check yourself any plan you follow and remember all nutritional information and ingredients are found in the recipe cards.

Using your healthy extra a choice of cheese or milk in a recipe for a snack can be perfect. There are many recipes you could enjoy or how about some grated cheese (weighed of course) on chips? I absolutely love cheesy chips!

Recipes for main meals without any syns!
If you follow Slimming World recipes weight loss is based on eating less than 15 syns. Most of my recipes are, I believe, syn free and all listed below.
